How do things work on AuctionBidPoint.com
We have four different ways of bidding on Auctions. We are the first and only to combine these on the same website.
These four ways are:

We will explain penny auctions first
PENNY AUCTIONS
- Every auction starts from .01 to 10.00 on bigger Items
- Each auction has a Bid-timer
- Each bid placed extends the auction duration by the initial Bid-timer
- To win, you must place the last bid
How does it work?
1. Register and receive 10 free bids to start with Plus 5 eshop points
2. Buy Bid Packs ranging from $0.70 to $0.50. Depending on the package you get. We also run promo codes for an additional % off bid packs.
3. After receiving your bids look for the Item you like to bid on. Click the Bid Now! - Button. Each bid raises the price by $0.01-0.04 and resets the timer to 15-30 seconds.
4. If no new bids are placed within that time, you win at the displayed a price. (Typically over 95% off retail prices!)
5. We have wiki's that explain what kind of auction that Item is. (see below)
6. Our beginner Auctions are for only those people that have not yet won any items.
7. We stand behind our guarantee (anyone that purchases a bid pack is guaranteed to win or we place all of your bids back into your account).
8. We also offer on many auctions our buy it now feature where you can use your placed bids to purchase the product if you did not win.
9. We also offer the buy it now feature. If you bid on an item and don't win don worry use the buy it now feature and you will be able to use the bids you placed on the item towards the price of the auction. But Remember you have to use this within 180 minutes of auction closing. Click on ended auctions and click on the item.

How do I bid?!
To place a bid, just click the Bid Now! -Button. It's as simple as that. This makes you the highest bidder and resets the timer of the auction. If the timer runs out before anyone else places a bid, you win!
How much does it cost to bid?
AuctionBidPoint charges an admission fee of UP TO $0.70 per bid. You can purchase Bid packages to qualify for FREE bids.
The winning bidder pays the final auction closing price plus a shipping fee.
What are Wiki's
 Reserve Auctions
Items in the Reserve Auctions have a reserve price. This price is randomly generated, and is hidden from view. The Auction description will designate a range in which the reserve price is contained. Unless otherwise set forth in such Auction, each Bid increases the current high bid for the Auction by an amount equal to one cent ($.01), which is in addition to an increase in the purchase price by the amount reflected in the Auction. The Auction ends when a User places a Bid that matches the hidden reserve price and no other bidder outbids them. The User with the Bid that matches the hidden reserve or higher wins the Auction, at the applicable purchase price. All other Bids placed on the item expire and will not be credited back to any Account nor be eligible for use. The winning bidder is determined based upon our records and will be determined at the company’s sole discretion. Reserve auctions are indicated by an image at the top of each auction.
 Penny Auctions
All penny auctions go up by .01 to .10 cents this will be indicated in the product page and shown on the bid list
 Seat Auctions
You purchase a seat on a Seat Auction and you will have Free Bidding. There are no per bid price to pay after that. Last standing bidder wins!
 Standard Auctions
All of our standard auctions go up the increments indicated on the left of the standard page not by a penny. FREE BIDDING last standing bidder wins
 Speed Auctions
Just like a regular auction, except that the countdown time is significantly shorter.
 Fixed Auctions
If you win a FPA, you only pay the price indicated in the heading of the auction, regardless of the level the bidding reaches.
 % Auctions
Regardless of the number of bids made, there is % back that the winner and others might get back on their bids. This is indicated on the product description page.
 Cash Back Auctions
If the auction is run as cash back auction, the last 1 to 3 bidders can receive the entire or some % of bids back once the auction has come to an end. This is indicated in the product description page.
 Beginner Auctions
These are beginner auctions which means only people that have not yet won an item can bid on these items.
STANDARD AUCTIONS
Our Standard auctions are very different then penny auctions. Standard auctions are free bidding and you only pay for the item if your the last bidder when the date and time is up. With penny auctions it cost you per bid. Standard auctions are the same as far as the clock but with one difference it is free bidding and the cost of the item is displayed with what you will pay if your are the winner. If you don't win it cost you nothing.
These auctions may have reserve on them. Reserves are a set price where if the price doesn't reach that price the item doesn't sell. We let you know in the product description if there is a reserve on the item. If it says reserve is on that means there is a reserve. If it says reserve is off that means there is no reserve and what ever the final price is that is what you would pay if you are the winner.
Standard bidding goes up by increments we let you know what the cost is at and what the cost will be if you bid.
When you bid you will see the price change and your name be the highest bidder.
if your name is displayed and the timer runs out you win.
SEAT AUCTIONS
Our Seat auctions are very different then penny auctions. Seat auctions are free bidding and only people that buy a seat can bid on them.
Why it is called a seat Auction? It is call a seat auction because only the people that buy a seat can bid on this item.
All placed bids are free and do not come out of your account. Once the bidding stops the final price is what the winner pays.
The person that wins is the final bidder when the auction closes.
The winner of that auction only pays for final cost of the auction reached.

Example 1
1500 bid pack
0/28 ___This shows you how many seats are in this auction
Available ___ This Show that the auction is available for auction
40 credit/seat ____This explains how many bids it takes to buy a seat
With this example there is only 28 people that can buy a seat to bid on this auction. Each seat is 40 bids to buy that seat. Once all of the seats are bought then the auction starts it will always end on the date and time it states.
If all of the seats do not sell before the ending date and time comes and goes then anyone that bought a seat for that auction gets a full refund of their bids they placed to buy the seat.
Example 2
IF there is a Harley motorcycle up for auction and everyone bids and the final price is $240.00 That person is the winner and only pays the final price of 240 plus they're seat fee. So if you buy a seat make sure you set your reminder and watch list to make sure you are there and can bid on the auction.
eShop Points (loyalty Points) (Store Points)
The eShop points are used for our store purchases. This is our way of saying thanks for purchasing and be a loyal member.
If you click on the store button you will see items ranging from bid packs to televisions. We list the retail and how many points you can use towards that Item. You may use up to the number listed. You can not exceed the alotted eshop points. Value of points are only good in our store.
If you click on redeem points it pulls up a screen that shows the retail and then a box that you can enter the eShop points and click anywhere on the screen and it gives you a new price for that Item.
Enter billing information and make payment and then the Item will be shipped within three weeks.
Please note you can use anywhere from 1 point to the listed loyalty points on the front page
Example:
250 bid pack says retail 150
Loyalty points -200
If you enter in 200 points the price changes to 31 dollars
If you enter in 100 points the price changes to 91 dollars

Important items you may need to know
What is the Point Bidder?
The Point Bidder allows you to bid on products and services even when you don’t have the time to be on your computer. It’s also a safe way to make sure you don’t lose an auction if you get distracted or have problems with your internet connection.
Here’s how you use the Point Bidder:
1. Click the Point Bidder button under “My Account” once you have signed in and put as many bids on it as you like. You can set the Point Bidder to when you want it to start, how much to bid and when you want it to stop.
2. As long as you have bids left in your Point Bidder, it’ll place a bid for you within the last seconds of the auction if you’re not the highest bidder. If a bunch of people have bids on their Point Bidder, they’ll take turns placing bids until the bids from all but one Point Bidder run out.
3. If you win with your Point Bidder, the unused Credits will of course be returned into your account.
PS. You can cancel the remaining bids on your Point Bidder whenever you want.
You won! What happens next?
Go under My Won Auctions under “My Account” Pay for your auction through secured payment options and you can expect to receive your item soon! Emails will be sent to you letting you know item has been ordered and shipped
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax on all physical items (not Credit auctions or Gift Cards) applies to residents of Washington state.
I want to change my password, update my shipping address or change my avatar!

What is a "Bid-Timer"?
Every auction has a "Bid-Timer", for example 3 minutes.
Every bid placed resets the Bid-timer automatically.
The auction ends when no one places a new bid.
How long does the auction last?
The auction duration is determined by the bidders.
Every bid placed extends the auction by the initial Bid-timer.
Are your items brand new?
ALL items on the site are brand new; factory sealed and come with standard manufacturer’s warranties. No junk here! Our team works with major retailers to guarantee the coolest selection of items with the lowest prices.
How much is shipping?
Shipping varies per the item won. Please check your product description page for these prices
How fast do you ship?
We order within 5 to 20 business days, from the time that payment is completed. Your item is always shipped with the fastest shipping method available. Once ordered shipping is in the hands of the retailer. Once the retailer marks your item as either pending shipment or shipped we will change your item status link to say shipped. Once item is actually shipped from the retailer they send us a tracking # which we then forward to you via email.
What about shipping?
We try our very best to deliver all items on average within 5 to 20 business days after payment, depending on availability. The Shipping & Handling fees can vary a little different from an item to another. You’ll find the fee on the auction page of each item. We unfortunately cannot ship to PO Box’s, sorry!

Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship to the United States. Some restrictions may apply based on the size of the item shipped. Check again as we will be adding other countries soon.
If you are out of the united states shipping cost are additional and it is your responsibility to contact us for the additional shipping charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by credit card, debit card or via PayPal. We accept all Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discovery credit cards, Visa debit cards including Visa Electron as well as Maestro debit cards. We use SSL encryption to make sure that the transactions are 100% secure.
How long do I have to pay for the auction?
You have 48 hours to complete payment from the time the auction is closed. If payment is not completed, AuctionBidPoint will relist the item without prior notice.
How many auctions can I bid on?
You may participate in all auctions simultaneously. However if you win three times within 24 hours your account may be placed on hold for 24 hours.
What's the maximum I can bid?
You can bid as many times as you want but can only increase the bid by one bid increment.
Can I withdraw my bids?
No. Once a bid is placed it is final
Can I cash out my bids?
No. All bids purchased are non-transferable and non-refundable and may only be used by bidding on AuctionBidPoint marketplace.
What kind of warranty comes with the products purchased?
Most items come with a standard manufacturer warranty. Please log-on the manufacturer's site directly for any warranty related questions on your items.
What is your return policy?
Please contact return@auctionbidpoint.com and one of our team will contact you this has to be done within seven days after you’ve received your item for instructions on how to return your item. We’ll give you the money back you used to buy the item. Any Credits spent bidding will not be returned.
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, you may cancel your purchase within 48 hours from the time the auction closed. You must contact customer service immediately. service@auctionbidpoint.com
Why did an auction pause?
AuctionBidPoint reserves the right to pause any of the auctions at anytime and for any reason.
Why do timers change?
Timers lower on the auctions randomly to keep it fun and interesting for everyone. We do this throughout the day and evening.
How many accounts can I have?
You may only have 2 accounts per household OR IP address. If we find that you have more than that ALL of your accounts will be deleted and you will be banned from the site. You will also forfeit any auction winnings and remaining bids. Using invite a friend to invite yourself or any other member of your household is also considered fraud. We do check for fraud daily.
Are all email programs accepted?
NO! You must use a real email address. If you use an email catcher such as hushmail, yopmail, cooltoad, mailinator, ymail, 188.net, hush.com, ect. you will be flagged for fraud and your winning items will NOT be sent. These email catchers are known to be used for committing fraud on sites and we have a ZERO fraud tolerance policy. Inviting yourself or someone from your IP through the invite-a-friend program will be an immediate permanent ban from the site and you can/will be prosecuted for ten times the dollar amount of the stolen bids. AuctionBidPoint reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
What happens if there is a malfunction while I am bidding?
In the event of a programming, software, hardware, server, ISP, game play malfunction. All plays and bids are VOID.
How Long Does It Take For My Won Bid Packages To Be Credited?
All bid pack purchase are in your account within five minutes of purchase. All bid pack wins will be credited within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. Will Take Every Necessary Step To Credit Your Won Bid Packages As Soon As Possible, All eshop points may take up to 48 hours.
What happens if I enter into a financial dispute with AuctionBidPoint?
In the event of a financial dispute with AuctionBidPoint the customer will be refunded and their account will be closed, the customer may not attempt to access the site by way of alternate IP address or any other means of obscuring there true identity.
Why do Bid timers pause?
Bid timers pause so that we can lower them on auctions to surprise you and to keep things interesting. We do however announce in chat what item is being paused and what the new tick time will be BEFORE we do it. We do not know what time(s) of day we will be in to do this, nor do we know ahead of time which item it will be.

I can't place a bid / the site is running really slow / the counters are freezing!
Don't download or stream any large files while bidding. Also, make sure there are no other computers in your network using your bandwidth and close all other network applications than your internet browser to avoid connection problem. We recommend that you bid at least 5 seconds before the timer reaches zero, and cannot guarantee that your bid is registered in time if you bid during the last seconds. If you still worried about it check out our Point Bidder under “my Account”

Must I submit my picture if I win?
AuctionBidPoint reserves the right to contact and publish the winner's information on its website. On items valued at or over $200 US the auction winner must agree to a photo/video interview to be displayed on AuctionBidPoint.com site and other marketing materials.
AuctionBidPoint.com reserves the right to place a reserve on any auction.
